• GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
  Purpose: Grievances Redressal Committee is formed in order to keep the healthy working atmosphere among the staff, students, parents and other stakeholders. This Cell helps to record their complaints and solve their problems related to academic grievances.
  Constitution of the Committee – The prescribed constitution and the committee members are as follows:

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

• All stakeholders of GNCP can lodge a complaint to GR cell.
• The concerned person can register his/her grievance online or write an application and submit it to cell Incharge.
• Complaint Boxes have been installed in the College campus in which the stakeholder, who wants to remain anonymous, put in writing their grievances for improving the academics/administration in the College.
• Grievance Committee receives complaints and arbitration requests to determine if, taken true on their face.
• Grievance Committee ensures that the complaint is appropriate to the “matter concerned” so that if a full hearing is to take place, it is done appropriately.

• Grievance Committee makes only such preliminary evaluations as is necessary to make those decisions and recommend or forward to the higher authority.
• Necessary action taken or the decision of committee will be addressed to plaintiff
